Insurance

We accept most insurances that are accepted by Prince William and Fairfax Hospitals.

Please bring your insurance card at the time of your visit so that we can submit claims on your behalf to your insurance company.

If your insurance requires a referral, be sure to bring it with you, as well as a picture ID.

Payment

You will be responsible for your co-payment at the time of service. We accept cash, check, Visa, and Mastercard.
